1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase or service completion.
• Product Condition: Items must be unused, unfitted, and in original packaging (if applicable).
• Services: If you’re unhappy with a service provided, contact us within 7 days so we can assess and resolve the issue.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-ordered parts, electrical components, or items damaged after installation cannot be returned unless faulty.
