If your tread depth is below 1.6mm, you’re below the legal limit. Other signs include cracks, bulges, uneven wear, or a drop in performance. 


Yes, but we’ll check to ensure it’s safe and compatible with the others on your vehicle. In some cases (especially AWD/4x4), replacing tyres in pairs or sets may be required. 


The minimum legal tread depth is 1.6mm across the central three-quarters of the tyre. Driving below this can lead to a £2,500 fine and 3 penalty points per tyre. 


Winter tyres are recommended if you regularly drive in icy or snowy conditions. For most UK drivers, all-season tyres offer a balanced alternative.
